If you already wear contacts and realize you are running low, if you have a current prescription (within a year), we can order contact lenses for you the same day. If you are past the one-year date, schedule a full eye exam and we will gladly order your contacts after you have met with our doctor!

When you schedule an appointment with us, in most cases, you can leave our office with a pair of contact lenses in your prescription the same day you have your eyes examined.

"Reverse Geometry" Lenses for Myopia Correction

An alternative to people who have been thinking of LASIK eye surgery for myopia correction, Corneal Refractive Therapy (CRT) is a great way to consider not having to wear glasses or contact lenses during the daytime but still having clear vision without surgery.

These "reverse geometry" contact lenses gently reshape the cornea while you sleep so that when you awake your vision is restored during the daytime. Sleeping with these lenses and accomplishing your final result can take anywhere from about three days to a week or 10 days, depending on the severity of your prescription.

Most successful for younger people whose prescription has stabilized for the past two eye exams, CRT is an excellent option for anyone who simply does not or cannot wear contact lenses or eyeglasses during the day.

They are a great choice for people who do not want to wear contacts during their waking hours, or who thought about Lasik surgery.
